Job Description

The Cleveland Office of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Data Coordinator with organizational and communication skills to support our expanding service offerings. Our requirements for this position include office administrative management, document and report preparation, organizing and managing data for client reports, communication with office managers and field staff and clients. Individuals who can focus on details promptly and efficiently review and assess data and provide timely support for reporting, along with strong verbal and written communication skills are the ideal candidates for this position. You will be part of a growing office team and working in a collaborative environment with the opportunity to apply your skills toward client service for an employee owned company.


  • High School diploma or equivalent schooling experience;
  • Experience in an office environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • High proficiency using Excel.
