Overview

As an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Austin, Texas office, your organizational and communication skills are key, along with your attention to detail. You will assist with document formatting and review, report preparation and reproduction, shipping/distribution of plans and documents, front desk reception, answer the phones, inventory supplies, and maintain the filing system. You'll work in a deadline focused and fast paced environment. As you become more comfortable with our clients, you have the ability to participate in business development.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent schooling experience (Bachelor's degree preferred);
  • Experience in an office environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
