Job Description
Overview

As a Civil Engineering Intern/Co-Op for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll work with project teams to gain experience and expand your skill set in designing and preparing infrastructure and civil engineering plans for our clients. From waterlines and sewers, to roads and bridges, to site development packages, you'll take part in designing projects that enhance our local communities. You will have the opportunity to experience how we interact with clients, contractors, and government officials, and you will experience all phases of projects - from the conceptual and design phases through the regulatory review process, bidding, construction, and all the way to ribbon cutting at the grand opening.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate Civil Engineering program;
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Prior internship and/or related survey experience preferred;
  • Local candidates preferred
