The ideal candidate in this role will have a strong success record in driving leads for B2B companies and an understanding of how to target multiple B2B buyers across segments. She/he will have developed, executed, and measured demand generation programs that achieve growth objectives addressing net new, retention, and incremental revenue targets. In this exciting role you will be responsible for creating marketing initiatives, from concept through development, execution, and reporting. Working with a marketing team and content experts, you will directly and indirectly impact the company's sales pipeline and ensure existing customer engagement by increasing exposure and awareness in the marketplace. Your primary focus will be planning marketing initiatives of a variety of types including lead generation, product releases, branding, campaigns, sales initiatives, customer satisfaction and retention, face to face customer events, as well as web events along with all other go to market strategies.
Reporting to the President, you will drive qualified site traffic and determine optimal ROI for lead generation efforts. This position works closely with Product Management and Sales Team to determine and execute on product positioning, messaging, marketing and sales plans. These plans include sales collateral, promotions calendar, conference/tradeshow participation, digital communications, social media, press and advertising campaigns as well as general field support from a marketing perspective.
The Director of Marketing will develop new product marketing launch plans, ensuring all internal and external resources are in place: collateral development, website management with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), public relations, sales tools, event support, customer notifications, etc. This position will also oversee the marketing budget for collateral, social media, advertising and tradeshows.
