  • As a LiDAR technician you will be responsible for extraction of topographic features using LiDAR capture from Aerial and Terrestrial systems

What You Bring to SAM

  • High level of experience and expertise working with AutoCAD as a Drafter or Designer, being well versed with creation and adaptation of macros and/or automated processes for expedite feature extraction thru customized workflow
  • Proven experience of scripting and macro creation
  • Versed in digital data extraction utilizing high density LiDAR in corridor projects for creation of topographic mapping utilizing Terrestrial Mobile LiDAR and Aerial LiDAR
  • Progressive experience with tasks related to LiDAR mapping, such us calibrations, classifications, hydro collection, and quality assurance of deliverables
  • Technical skills with other industry software such as Terra Solid Suite, Global Mapper, LASTools and MS Office Suite
  • Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work history, good references and strong work ethic
  • Other duties as assigned
