The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition and Human Resource functions for our HR team. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with a 2+ years of experience that is looking to grow as a Corporate Recruiter or an HR professional. The Recruiting Coordinator will support a team of Corporate Recruiters and will aid in managing candidate experience. This is an important and functionally critical role; you are the engine that keeps this HR department running smoothly!
Duties & Responsibilities
Processing requests and approvals for job requisitions and offer letters from hiring managers using our Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS
Scheduling phone interviews and on-site interviews for corporate recruiters and hiring managers
Coordinating travel schedules for candidates out of city/state
Drafting offer letters and other legal documents (accuracy is paramount)
Posting job descriptions on company career site, job boards and other mediums
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience - Education and Skills
0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume, work environment. Supporting recruiting and human resource operations is not required however, is a
Must have demonstrated PC excellence, including working knowledge of, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms
Experience with iCIMS or other ATS strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining the initiative to effectively meet the demands of multiple internal customers
Must be responsive and have the ability to exercise tact and remain customer focused
Motivated and solutions-oriented self-starter, exhibiting timely completion of goals and activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating effectively and proactively with individuals at all levels within the organization
Ability to take direction, anticipate next steps and work independently on assigned tasks as well as contribute within a team environment
Undergraduate degree is preferred
